Responsibilities
- Be the main driver behind the execution of multiple complex clients’ projects.
- Scope, create, plan, track and manage tasks against the plan.
- Create and share project status update after every meeting.
- Serve as a liaison between all internal and external teams, coordinate, and set up recurring meetings as required.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables against the plan, Identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time completion.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions using necessary tools to communicate goals, status updates, and blockers.
- Communicate and present the project progress effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including management.
- Create lessons learned and ensure implementation.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate a global workforce.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in payment processing technology.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a client-facing project management role, experience within the financial services industry.
- Experience within the Payments industry, either PSP/Acquirer an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Project Management tools (like MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday, Jira or similar)
- Experience managing multiple deliveries simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, independent, pro-active and team player.
- Problem solving, investigative and multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail.
