About the role

  • Ops Coordinator overseeing the delivery and installation of modular buildings with internal partners and customers. Performing administrative tasks in support of Sales and Operations departments.

Responsibilities

  • As an Ops Coordinator we are looking for a highly motivated individual to effectively coordinate and logistically oversee the delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings with internal partners, vendors and customers.
  • This role will also perform a variety of administrative tasks including light accounting/billing, document retention, quote documentation/approval and the back-end charge process in support of our Sales and Operations departments.
  • While maintaining a people-focused approach, you will meet the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers by gathering customer information and ensuring projects are completed on time.
  • Effectively provide timely information people need to know to do their jobs; providing direct support to sales, vendors and customers to coordinate movement of equipment.
  • Communicate on a technical and professional level while interfacing with vendors, contractors, architects, and customers clearly and succinctly in writing or verbally.
  • Use systems, tools, and informal methods effectively to manage each project to completion while properly adhering to Company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and run reports to ensure deadlines of the business and customer needs are met.
  • Negotiate skillfully with customers and vendors to settle differences/conflicts effectively; win concessions with customers without damaging relationship.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3 + years experience working in a professional business environment required.
  • 3+ years in a customer service role with ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Able to thrive and succeed in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
  • Enjoy working hard and being a self-starter; action oriented and full of energy; pursue everything with drive, energy and a need to finish well.
  • Learn quickly independently and with direction.
  • Relentless and versatile learning, open to change; enjoy unfamiliar tasks and can navigate new situations effectively.
