Responsibilities
Servicing and growing the Nutrien insurance business with the support of our partners.
Work closely with business partners and stakeholders.
Providing a high level of client service to enable effective relationship management.
Dealing with clients and stakeholders at Nutrien sites and facilitate insurance meetings to grow the existing insurance portfolio.
Manage client insurance accounts including processing renewals, claims management, policy document management and general client enquiries.
Offering additional products and services to clients as you manage the renewal process.
Achieving budgeted revenue for retention, and growth on existing and new business.
Policy maintenance.
Driving growth thru new business opportunities.
Requirements
Strong insurance sales background with a proven track record.
Strong insurance broking background and formal tertiary qualification in business, finance or a related discipline would be advantageous.
FSR Tier 1 training via a reputable industry body (e.g. ANZIIF, NIBA) would be highly regarded.
Ability to constantly look for opportunities with a readiness to get out and meet with your clients.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills complemented by a driven, passionate and professional disposition.
Working autonomously with the business network to drive growth.
Previous experience in building rapport with your client base and generating new leads.
