About the role

  • Support Mitarbeiter providing CMS solutions for user inquiries at Nussbaum Medien. Working on technical support and user training in an innovative media company.

Responsibilities

  • Service-oriented, timely solutions to user requirements
  • Creation of user profiles and objects in the Artikelstar editorial system
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for objects
  • Technical consulting and assistance for our users
  • Handling daily inquiries by phone and e-mail
  • Training users
  • Ensuring correct publication and maintenance of all content on NUSSBAUM.de – from profile management to event entry

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • IT affinity
  • Teamwork, reliability, flexibility
  • Service-oriented, structured and independent way of working
  • Strong social skills and communication ability
