Responsibilities
Driving P&L for your business unit, using commercial levers to achieve revenue, margin, and retention goals.
Defining the strategy and value proposition for your segment, including pricing, packaging, and service design.
Collaborating across Product and Tech to ensure roadmaps align with your commercial vision.
Partnering with Clinical, Operations, and Customer Care teams to create a seamless and supportive patient experience.
Building data-informed business cases covering market sizing, commercial models, and investment requirements.
Translating strategy into clear priorities across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Driving day-to-day performance while shaping longer-term growth for your proposition.
Requirements
Extensive experience driving commercial performance and influencing business outcomes.
Prior experience combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ideally in consulting, scale-ups, or high-growth health/tech environments.
A business-owner mindset, confident in interpreting financials and understanding performance drivers.
The ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and build consensus.
A patient- and customer-centred approach, able to identify friction points and improve experiences.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable building models or business cases that inform decisions.
Initiative and proactive problem-solving, balancing strategy with execution.
It’s a bonus if you have: Experience in healthcare, consumer health, or regulated environments.
Exposure to commercial model design, new market entry, or proposition development.
Familiarity with working with clinical teams or patient pathways.
Experience shaping product strategy in partnership with Product and Tech teams.
