Responsibilities
Technical oversight of our commercial property portfolio and participation in the implementation and review of construction measures
Primary on-site contact for all technical matters related to the property
Recording, coordination and supervision of maintenance and repair activities in our properties
Monitoring quality, costs and deadlines
Ensuring compliance with requirements and regulations for maintenance and various inspections, including managing required defect rectifications
Liaison with authorities, surveyors/experts and contracted service providers, and overseeing their work
Organizing and conducting technical inspections across the portfolio and ensuring proper documentation
Annual budgeting and planning for CapEx and OpEx measures, including their monitoring
Assuming owner/client responsibilities and tasks related to construction projects
Requirements
Completed technical training or degree, ideally in construction and/or real estate
At least 3 years' professional experience in technical property management of commercial properties
Good understanding of real estate business operations
Confident user of IT applications (SAP advantageous)
Very good written and spoken German; English skills are a plus
Structured, motivated and organized working style with a strong customer and service orientation
Negotiation skills and assertiveness
