Responsibilities
Owning and leading the P&L for your business unit, using commercial levers to drive revenue, margin, and retention.
Defining and evolving the strategy and value proposition for your segment, including pricing, packaging, and service design.
Translating strategy into clear priorities across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Partnering closely with Product and Tech to ensure roadmaps align with commercial and strategic goals.
Working with Clinical, Operations, and Customer Care teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality patient experience.
Building and owning robust business cases covering market sizing, commercial models, and investment decisions.
Driving day-to-day performance management while shaping longer-term growth opportunities.
Acting as a senior stakeholder and decision-maker within cross-functional forums.
Coaching and developing more junior commercial team members, where relevant.
Requirements
Proven experience driving commercial performance and influencing business outcomes.
Experience combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ideally in consulting, scale-ups, or high-growth health or tech businesses.
A strong business-owner mindset, with confidence owning P&Ls and interpreting financials.
The ability to lead through influence and build alignment across diverse teams.
A patient- and customer-centred approach, with a focus on reducing friction and improving outcomes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to make data-led decisions.
High ownership, initiative, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
