About the role

  • Contacting potential clients through cold calls, emails and social channels
  • Presenting our company to potential clients and qualifying the opportunity for the Account Executives
  • Setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and the Account Executives
  • Supporting the Account Executives in attending first meetings, drafting pitches, attending pitches, drafting proposals & RFPs
  • Maintaining and developing CRM prospect database in line with stringent quality standards
  • Creative thinking and collaborating with Marketing to run targeted campaigns to generate more demand and increase the pipeline
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
  • Identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products/services
  • Staying up to date with new products/services and key financial wellness trends
  • Continual research into our industry

Requirements

  • 1+ years sales experience or a recent graduate
  • Excellent communicator – capable of effectively articulating ideas and engaging in meaningful conversations with prospective clients
  • Creative thinker – open to trying different ways of working to achieve results
  • Ambitious – a strong drive to overachieve targets
  • Collaborative – you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy sharing and learning with your colleagues
  • Detail oriented – maintain impeccable administration and update all activity in our CRM
  • Resilient in the face of objections
  • An interest or affinity with the Tech industry
