Responsibilities

  • Leadership role in promoting Nucor’s Mission, an appropriate focus on community & environmental stewardship, and a proven focus on profitability
  • Ability to create and execute a commercial strategy for the division and corporation
  • Develop team members through building relationships, training, and individual coaching
  • Analyze data and situations, think strategically, negotiate effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Work collaboratively within the leadership team to drive our business

Requirements

  • Five years combined experience in commercial, sales, and/or marketing
  • Four-year degree in Business or Marketing (preferred)
  • Prior sales or commercial leadership experience in steel industry or manufacturing (preferred)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Rebar business (preferred)
