Responsibilities
Responsible for developing suppliers' and partners' business plans to add value to their businesses.
Oversee regional and local cybersecurity campaigns, promotions, and sales.
People management; approve employee travel and expenses within your division.
Train new members of the sales team.
Direct and coordinate all sales activities within your division.
Handle and resolve customer complaints related to products or services.
Guide staff on standard operating procedures and policies.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
Assign quotas and sales targets to Product Sales Managers (GVPs) on a quarterly basis.
Monitor and drive sales team performance.
Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
Manage the division's travel and expense budget, as designated by the Commercial Director.
Consolidate business plans by division.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the technology market with cybersecurity and firewalls, working with distribution channels and manufacturers.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Required)
Advanced English or Spanish (Preferred)
Experience in leadership, IT project management, and IT services sales.
