Responsibilities
Management of key accounts and maintenance of contacts in the CRM system
Preparation of analyses, statistics and forecasts
Collaboration with international customers and colleagues
Tender management for international major projects: evaluation and handling of complex inquiries, sales of system solutions in intralogistics
Project management, including the planning phase and handover to subsequent company departments
Development of customer-specific sales strategies
Improvement and optimization of products and processes
Requirements
Commercial training with solid technical understanding, or vice versa; additional qualifications as a certified business administrator (Fachwirt), technician, or a university degree are desirable
Several years of sales experience in project-based business
Business-fluent English
Knowledge of project management and experience with CAD software
Proficient user of common Office applications
Willingness to travel occasionally domestically and internationally
Flexibility, results-oriented approach, resilience, reliability, and teamwork skills
