About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for key accounts and tender management in intralogistics. Collaborating with international clients and optimizing products and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Management of key accounts and maintenance of contacts in the CRM system
  • Preparation of analyses, statistics and forecasts
  • Collaboration with international customers and colleagues
  • Tender management for international major projects: evaluation and handling of complex inquiries, sales of system solutions in intralogistics
  • Project management, including the planning phase and handover to subsequent company departments
  • Development of customer-specific sales strategies
  • Improvement and optimization of products and processes

Requirements

  • Commercial training with solid technical understanding, or vice versa; additional qualifications as a certified business administrator (Fachwirt), technician, or a university degree are desirable
  • Several years of sales experience in project-based business
  • Business-fluent English
  • Knowledge of project management and experience with CAD software
  • Proficient user of common Office applications
  • Willingness to travel occasionally domestically and internationally
  • Flexibility, results-oriented approach, resilience, reliability, and teamwork skills
