Responsibilities
Administer and monitor the electronic time and attendance system, ensuring accurate clocking, calculation, and consolidation of hours worked.
Investigate and resolve timekeeping inconsistencies, including the time bank (banco de horas), overtime, absences, and justifications.
Manage schedules, shifts, and work schedules, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements.
Provide support to internal teams and employees, addressing questions related to timekeeping and the system.
Prepare and update management reports, attendance and absenteeism indicators, providing accurate information for decision-making.
Ensure correct and complete integration of information between the time system and payroll.
Work on configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of the Sistema Senior modules related to time management.
Requirements
Solid experience in administering electronic time and attendance systems.
Advanced knowledge of the Sistema Senior, specifically the Time Management and Time Panel modules.
Experience with implementation, configuration, and maintenance of time control systems.
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
Experience in high-volume environments.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Experience in large organizations.
Analytical, organized, highly detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo or Ponta Grossa, onsite once per week.
