Responsibilities
Support the monthly accounting and financial close, ensuring accurate reporting of results and adherence to deadlines.
Perform P&L, cash flow and budget vs. actual analyses.
Manage bank balances, payments, receipts and vendor contracts.
Consolidate financial and commercial KPIs, ensuring consistency of reports.
Create and implement internal policies and procedures to promote standardization and efficiency.
Map and automate financial and administrative processes.
Provide administrative support to employees and clarify questions about internal policies.
Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives, promoting collaboration across teams.
Report to the coordinator/manager, presenting analyses and management information.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
Experience in financial routines, results analysis and cost control.
Knowledge of financial ERP systems, advanced Excel and Power BI.
Familiarity with P&L, cash flow and financial indicators.
Ability to develop internal policies and standardize processes.
Interest in automating tasks and optimizing routines.
Analytical, proactive and results-oriented profile.
