Responsibilities
Manage customer orders (manual + EDI) from PO receipt through delivery
Confirm order details and communicate ETAs to customers and distribution centers
Coordinate internally with Sales, Operations, and Accounting
Resolve order discrepancies and support invoice accuracy
Assist with transportation coordination and 3PL claims
Maintain accurate reporting in ERP (SAP Business One preferred)
Utilize customer portals and support compliance documentation
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
2–3 years of experience in customer operations, sales support, or order management (CPG/food industry preferred)
Experience working with retail customers or supermarket chains is a plus
ERP experience (SAP Business One a strong plus)
Familiarity with EDI systems
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace
Proficiency in MacOS
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
