About the role
- Operations Support Specialist responsible for enhancing user experience and managing support for NS Go. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve platform and workflow.
Responsibilities
- Zorg je voor een optimale gebruikerservaring van onze in-live klanten.
- Verwerken van supporttickets rondom technische vraagstukken over de inrichting van het platform.
- Coördineer aanvragen voor wijzigingen aan de inrichting na implementatie.
- Analyseer alle ingekomen vragen voor verbetervoorstellen voor ons product én onze werkprocessen.
- Schakelen met engineering team, projectmanagers, product owner, accountmanagers, NS klantenservice en service delivery managers.
Requirements
- Sterke affiniteit met IT.
- MBO/ HBO werk- en denkniveau.
- Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in vergelijkbare functie.
- Empathie voor gebruikers.
- Probleemoplossend en analytisch vermogen.
- Uitstekend communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
- Pré: ervaring in een SaaS omgeving.
Benefits
- Een jaarcontract (met uitzicht op een contract voor onbepaalde tijd) van 40 uur per week, waarbij 36 uur ook bespreekbaar is.
