About the role

  • Analyst in strategic sourcing supporting procurement activities for Novo Nordisk. Engaging in supplier negotiations and managing sourcing projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrating strong understanding of sourcing and procurement domain knowledge and carrying out the sourcing activities with effective strategies.
  • Strong expertise in executing successful RFI/RFP/RFQ sourcing events targeting business requirements.
  • Well versed in conducting effective negotiations with the suppliers.
  • Reviewing the contracts and establish best-in-class KPIs, SLAs and provisions.
  • Understanding of cost and financial analyses concepts.
  • Drive & manage multiple strategic sourcing projects for the indirect spend areas (Marketing, meetings and events, fleet, facilities, etc.).
  • Conducting detailed bid analysis to assess the factors driving price variations.
  • Proficient in spend analysis and dashboards creation.
  • Independently managing sourcing projects from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university
  • MBA preferred
  • 6-8 years of experience in source-to-contract activities
  • Experience in eProcurement tools, preferably Coupa
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • RFx management, procurement intelligence, spend analytic, negotiations.
