About the role

  • Purchaser for medical supplies and services at AGAPLESION, a leading healthcare group in Germany. Involves supplier negotiations, order management, and project support.

Responsibilities

  • Operational purchasing: You procure medical supplies, capital goods, specialist books and services according to established guidelines.
  • Offer management: From preparing and sending requests to performing detailed comparisons of offers – you keep an overview.
  • Order processing and supplier relations: You place orders, monitor delivery dates and support negotiations with suppliers.
  • Financial responsibilities: Invoice processing, account coding and professional handling of complaints are part of your duties.
  • Data management: You maintain master data, handle incoming mail and produce meaningful reports and statistics.
  • Inventory management: You actively participate in conducting and evaluating inventories.
  • Project support: With your expertise you contribute to the success of various projects.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training
  • Very good MS Office skills (focus on Excel)
  • Experience with SAP and ERP systems is an advantage
  • Very good German language skills, written and spoken
  • Ability to work in a team, resilience and motivation
  • Negotiation skills and strong interpersonal skills
