Responsibilities
Optimize the purchasing process with the goal of sustainably reducing inefficient procedures and waste.
Develop training materials and deliver training across the organization on the purchasing process.
Negotiate framework agreements and analyze potential for purchasing centralization.
Work actively with central purchasing in Sweden.
Prepare cost calculations for purchasing projects.
Update the intranet platform and maintain our dealer system.
Prepare statistics and reports.
Report to the CFO.
Requirements
Qualification as a purchasing specialist with a Swiss federal certificate (eidg. FA), or a technical background in the commercial vehicle industry combined with commercial experience.
Strong business/financial acumen.
Experience in inventory management and project management.
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
Negotiation-level French is an advantage.
Very good user-level skills in MS Office programs.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Experience in conducting results-oriented negotiations.
