About the role
- Operational Readiness intern supporting the ramp-up of aseptic production equipment for Novo Nordisk. Collaborating with project leaders and engineers to prepare production launch.
Responsibilities
- Work within the team responsible for the ramp-up of aseptic production equipment
- Participate in various activities to prepare for the start-up of production
- Collaborate on the creation and implementation of Lean standards to ensure effective production preparation and launch
- Independently lead a continuous improvement project on a specific topic (to be defined during the apprenticeship)
- Conduct process confirmations and improve existing standards.
Requirements
- You are pursuing an engineering degree or a Master's (M2).
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team spirit and the ability to synthesize information.
- You are proactive, solution-oriented and enjoy solving problems with an innovative mindset.
- You have knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma, or are keen to develop these skills.
- You demonstrate strong initiative and creativity.

- You have good written and spoken English to liaise with our Novo Nordisk colleagues and suppliers.
