About the role
- Operations Support facilitating repair processes for Rockwell Automation. Involves communication with vendors and handling return goods process while backed by a supportive culture.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate repair processes for both Rockwell Automation and 3rd party repairs.
- Facilitate DBOT process (Distributor Block of Time) and A-B Service invoicing for the Territory.
- Communicate with Vendors, Specialists, Sales, and Customers in a professional manner.
- Review and process Rockwell items in the Return Goods Queue for the Territory.
- File and Track carrier/vendor freight claims.
- Collaborate with and assist other Rockwell specialists within the company.
- Backup Receptionist for breaks, lunches, vacation/sick, etc.
- Other Operations duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Personal computer skills and knowledge of Office Tools: Excel (Advanced), Outlook, Word, and web navigation.
- Strong customer service focus (Internal/external customers & Vendors).
- Strong writing skills; proficient grammar and proper sentence structure.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Eclipse.
- Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT).
- Excellent recordkeeping and time management skills.
