Responsibilities
As a Market Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and managing strategic commercial partnerships in the aesthetic channel that support our business objectives and drive future growth.
You will be responsible for the full partnership lifecycle—from opportunity scouting and evaluation to negotiation, contracting, and post-deal implementation.
Translating business needs into commercial partnership strategies in the aesthetic channel by identifying opportunities that align with our future portfolio goals and bring long-term value to Novo Nordisk.
Proactively identifying and evaluating potential partners across key sectors, including chain and independent clinics, and other healthcare-related stakeholders.
Leading the engagement, negotiation, and contracting process with selected aesthetic partners, while working closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure alignment and due diligence.
Building basic level business cases and partnership models in the aesthetic channel, both financial and strategic, and driving internal review and governance processes to secure approvals.
Managing partnerships with aesthetic channels post-contract by maintaining strong communication channels, monitoring performance, aligning on KPIs, and ensuring the partnership delivers on its intended objectives.
Requirements
A minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, Communication, or a related field.
A master’s degree is a plus.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in aesthetic business, aesthetic partnerships, or aesthetic stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability in project management, business case development, and contract negotiation.
Experience working with healthcare decision-makers and multi-functional teams.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
