About the role

  • Market Development Manager identifying and managing aesthetic partnerships for Novo Nordisk. Involves strategic partnership lifecycle from evaluation to implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and managing strategic commercial partnerships in aesthetic channel.
  • Translating business needs into commercial partnership strategies.
  • Proactively identifying and evaluating potential partners.
  • Leading engagement, negotiation, and contracting process with selected partners.
  • Building business cases and partnership models.
  • Managing partnerships post-contract by maintaining strong communication and monitoring performance.

Requirements

  • A minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, Communication, or a related field.
  • A master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in aesthetic business, aesthetic partnerships, or aesthetic stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability in project management, business case development, and contract negotiation.
  • Experience working with healthcare decision-makers and multi-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
