Responsibilities
- You will manage our international inbound and outbound logistics operationally and end-to-end.
- You will act as the central interface between internal teams and external partners.
- Responsible for B2B freight, special deliveries, and on-time shipments.
- Ensure launch and delivery readiness through consistent schedule, issue and priorities management.
- Set up a new warehouse and coordinate the relocation, including regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Completed commercial or logistics training or a degree.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in inbound logistics, import, or supply operations.
- Solid experience in international logistics and cross-border setups.
- Strong knowledge of customs, import procedures, HS codes and compliance.
- Confident use of ERP systems (e.g., Weclapp) and Google Workspace.
- Asana experience is a major plus.
- Strong cost and numerical understanding.
- Resilient and solution-oriented communication in German and English.
