Responsibilities

  • Own recruitment activities across your scope
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HRBPs
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment for roles across all levels
  • Guide hiring managers through the process
  • Secure high-quality shortlists and ensure excellent candidate care
  • Apply market insights and data to build proactive sourcing strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ solid professional experience in a HRBP or a Talent Acquisition role
  • Full professional fluency in Turkish and English
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using data and market insights to inform sourcing and recruitment strategies
  • Proficiency in behavioral interviewing and assessment techniques
