Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years’ solid professional experience in a HRBP or a Talent Acquisition role
Full professional fluency in Turkish and English
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience using data and market insights to inform sourcing and recruitment strategies
Proficiency in behavioral interviewing and assessment techniques
