- Demonstrate thought leadership on digital transformation
- Travel up to 25% of the time to support distributed team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math discipline) with 10 years of engineering experience; OR a Master's Degree in STEM with 8 years of engineering experience; OR a PhD in STEM with 5 years of engineering experience
- U.S Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
- 8 years of professional experience in the defense or aerospace industries
- 5 years demonstrated success managing technical teams
- 5 years of experience working in a technical role
- Strong engineering background with demonstrated experience managing through design and production
- Solid understanding of engineering process with execution experience
- Experience with Earned Value Management System
