About the role
- Maintenance Technician I preparing tools and parts for calibration and maintenance in Kundl. Handling maintenance tasks and managing spare parts inventory as part of a skilled team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tools, spare parts, etc. for maintenance and calibration
- Identify spare parts for maintenance and maintain picking lists
- Obtain approvals for maintenance/calibration work/projects
- Execute work orders for maintenance/calibration according to work instructions
- Supervise maintenance/calibration work as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Update the CMMS after completion of maintenance/calibration tasks
- Document calibrations
- Manage spare parts inventory (goods receipt, incoming inspection, delivery to work areas, fabrication of parts for quick repairs and improvements)
Requirements
- Completed technical apprenticeship (mechanic, locksmith, metalworker, or similar); alternatively, HTL diploma and initial relevant work experience is an advantage
- Passion for high-tech production equipment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Creativity and enjoyment of improvement processes and innovative ideas
- Good computer skills
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to work all shift models (weekly rotations and 6/4 model)
