About the role
- Sr Engineering Specialist leading team in cleaning machine maintenance and parameter settings. Focused on preventive maintenance for cleanroom equipment at Seagate.
Responsibilities
- Lead and consult team members for cleaning machine condition and setting parameter to ensure that machines are in good condition after Preventive Maintenance activities (follow procedure from work instruction)
- Use electronic device (digital multi-meter, measurement probe) to check machine performance to analyze/diagnostic/troubleshoot/characterize issues
- Expert in using hand tools to do maintenance job, setting up cleaning machine and cleanroom utilities
- Work with concern team to support evaluation for improvement project
Requirements
- Ability to understand electronics circuit and basics of mechanical structure to analyze root causes when problems happen to responsible machines/area
- Able to use electronic devices (digital multi-meter, measurement probe) to measure electrical power/voltage or efficiency of the measured equipment
- Able to lead on doing hard job on cleaning machine’s set up plan (Unpacking, moving and setup machines)
- Great skill on PLC program is required for machine improvement and root cause analysis
- Can work in shift pattern
- Fair skills of English
- Fair computer skills (Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Have some industrial knowledge
- Positive Thinking and good altitude
- Ability to work with other teams and collaborate effectively
