About the role

• Engineering intern supporting the technical department in project management for tourist attractions at Grupo Iter. Involves project analysis, specifications, and maintenance management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the technical analysis of new projects, proposals and suppliers, including feasibility studies for the implementation of aerial cable cars and new attractions;
• Support the Technical Directorate in preparing Technical Specifications for Procurement (ETC) for materials and engineering services;
• Participate in on-site technical visits with suppliers to present scopes and align technical proposals;
• Assist in managing and monitoring the area's contracts, from creating requests in corporate systems to invoice processing, with support from the responsible engineer;
• Support the monitoring of construction and implementation of technical projects, ensuring quality and safety requirements are met;
• Contribute to the preparation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
• Assist in the preparation and review of maintenance plans for equipment and mechanical systems, based on technical installation, operation and maintenance manuals;
• Work with Operations to implement new maintenance plans, aligning across departments, tracking deadlines and approvals, and preparing reports;
• Assist in monitoring the performance of technical assets, analyzing availability metrics, incidents, failures and root causes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Mechanical Engineering or related fields, from the 4th semester onward;
• Expected graduation: 2028.1 / 2028.2;
• Interest in technical projects, maintenance and asset management;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive, organized, with good time management;
• Attention to detail, strong quality of delivery and a sense of responsibility;
• Knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Inventor or SolidWorks;
• Knowledge of project management tools;
• Knowledge of Asset Management and PCM (Maintenance Planning and Control).
