About the role
- Business Management Manager 1 leading business management activities within the Machinery Operating Unit at Northrop Grumman. Handling financial data, compliance, and program resource management.
Responsibilities
- Support/lead all business management activities within the Machinery Operating Unit
- Program resource management, including cost estimation, allocation, tracking, and analysis
- Preparation and presentation of financial data to internal and external customers
- Compliance and financial reporting in support of Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- EVMS oversight with COBRA reporting to satisfy internal/external deliverables
- Comprehensive Estimate-at-Complete (CEAC) preparation and review
- Assistance with contract negotiations
- Support of pricing and proposal activities
- Review of contractual documents, including Technical Task Orders
- Collaboration with the customer and functional teams
- Management and development of Program Control Analyst (PCA) staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional industry related experience - OR – a Master’s degree with 3 years of professional industry related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and SAP
- Experience in a Program Control Environment
- Experience with Earned Value Management and performance measurement baseline concepts
- Experience preparing and presenting financial analysis to team and/or management.
- US Citizenship
- The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
