- Define project standards and implement BIM standards
- Lead ACC administration in the BIM environment
- Establish model coordination processes across projects
- Oversee model lifecycle integration for 3D/4D/5D
- Recruit, develop, and manage BIM staff
- Provide input to project estimates for BIM scope and resource schedule
- Report monthly on BIM KPIs and deliverable status
Requirements
- 15+ years in BIM environments
- 5+ years leading multidisciplinary BIM teams
- Deep experience with ACC/BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D
- Demonstrated capability in automation (Dynamo, Revit API, scripting)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CAD, Information Management or equivalent experience
