  • Manage student experience for specific programs within the EDGE team at Northeastern University. Advise learners, assist with concerns, and facilitate engagement with various resources.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the student experience for specific programs within the EDGE team
  • Advise and assist learners with academic and program concerns
  • Work with instructional support team to facilitate learner engagement
  • Develop and implement communication and engagement plan for learners
  • Organize and attend live sessions and assist with delivery as needed
  • Collect information and distribute reporting for learner success metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • two to four years of student support and/or operations management experience
  • Highly developed people skills
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, administrative, and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize, and summarize data
  • Demonstrated strong business writing and project management skills
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative environment
