Responsibilities
As a dynamic and results-oriented City Sales Director, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our valued customers while driving sales growth in the Greater Nashville Metro Area.
You will be responsible for promoting our comprehensive product line including residential and commercial doors, moldings, stairs and related products to Contractor/Retail customers.

Requirements
5-10+ years of industry-related experience in doors, trim, and millwork in the housing industry.
Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending the English language.
Previous experience in outside sales or architectural calls a plus.
Ability to read blueprints, develop estimates, and quotes.
Organizational skills: ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Computer proficiency, including familiarity with PC's MS office, Power BI, Teams and remote meetings, vendor software, Ponderosa, Contact Management software.
Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
Business acumen.
