Responsibilities

  • Responsible for receiving calls from drivers and handling incidents during transfer and delivery trips.
  • Work to reduce extra costs, returns, overnight stays, and return freight, while ensuring service levels.
  • Provide support to drivers.
  • Liaise with other company departments (sales, finance, logistics, etc.) to address delivery issues and resolve cases.
  • Provide visibility to stakeholders on ongoing and completed deliveries.
