About the role

  • Support the capture of photos and videos of school activities for use on social media and institutional materials
  • Assist in creating and posting content on the school's social media channels
  • Help organize internal and external events, including liaising with vendors and providing logistical support
  • Participate in planning meetings and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Support purchasing and negotiations with suppliers, ensuring deadlines and quality
  • Attend school events to provide real-time coverage and produce content

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Design
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ease with interpersonal relationships
  • Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced English to handle content and communication in a bilingual environment
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop) and video editing
  • Interest in or familiarity with AI tools applied to marketing (e.g., image generation, post automation, data analysis)
  • Negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities when working with suppliers and partners
  • Experience with social media
