Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing DOT programs and policies to ensure compliance with DOT regulations
Work closely with management and employees to ensure regulatory compliance
Identify potential hazards and mitigate risks
Maintain DOT compliance and proper permitting and licensing
Support DOT audits and internal compliance reviews
Maintain complete and accurate DOT driver qualification files
Review and audit driver logbooks
Manage MVR Programs and file Hazardous Material information
Assist in the development of programs, policies, and procedures
Monitor CSA scores and maintain D&A program
Requirements
2–3 years of hands-on experience in DOT / FMCSA compliance, fleet safety, or transportation safety
Direct experience administering DOT drug & alcohol testing programs
