About the role

  • IT Product Owner executing and delivering agile telecom solutions. Key role in application enhancement and vendor strategy in Digital Office Enterprise Applications.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and create strategic roadmaps for customer implementations.
  • Lead feasibility studies and contribute to the scoping of upcoming releases to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely delivery of implementations.
  • Review and enhance business process documents to optimize the user experience and drive efficiency.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing long-term vision with immediate stakeholder needs.
  • Analyze, scope, and size business requirements to inform solution design and implementation plans.
  • Conduct cost impact assessments for new solutions, ensuring financial viability and sustainability.
  • Be accountable for the solution design of IT services, aligning with Enterprise & Solution Architecture to drive innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • 8–10 years of experience as a Product Owner managing large product portfolios and complex integrated ecosystems
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools for Product Management, such as Jira and Signavio
  • Proven capability to develop product strategies aligning with business stakeholders
  • Extensive experience in Agile methodology and working within a DevOps environment
  • Expertise in Application Lifecycle Management and information security practices
  • Learning Platform understand and experience
  • Strong understanding of application and solution architecture
  • **It would be nice if you also had:**
  • Certification in Product Management
  • Experience in risk and mitigation strategy development
  • Knowledge of legal and compliance regulations including GDPR, NSA, and SOX
