About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for acquiring new customers for a B2B SaaS company. Managing the full sales cycle with a focus on strategy and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively acquire new B2B customers using pre-qualified leads
  • Advise on and sell cloud-based SaaS solutions that deliver real value
  • Identify key decision-makers and manage complex sales processes
  • Conduct product demos and presentations (virtual or on-site)
  • Own forecasts, deal management and closing rates
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product Management
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events and customer meetings

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales or selling complex/technical software
  • Strong closing skills, negotiation ability and self-motivation
  • Solid technical understanding and enjoyment of consultative selling
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Willingness to travel when appropriate and necessary
