About the role

  • Develop, execute, and refine comprehensive B2B lead generation campaigns encompassing both inbound demand generation (e.g., content marketing, digital advertising) and strategic outbound outreach (e.g., targeted account-based marketing, email strategies, networking, and industry events).
  • Oversee the integrity, hygiene, and segmentation of the entire lead database within the CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy to maximize campaign effectiveness and report reliability.
  • Qualify leads through detailed needs analysis, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and agency offerings.
  • Design and maintain efficient lead nurturing processes that present creative solutions tailored to complex business needs.
  • Identify and research decision-makers and key contacts at potential client companies, ensuring data is accurately reflected in the database.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, creative, and account teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business growth strategies.
  • Manage and leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to organize, track, analyze, and optimize B2B lead data for continuous process and campaign improvement.
  • Stay current with B2B industry trends and agency service innovations to anticipate market shifts and client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated success in B2B lead generation or sales roles within a creative agency or similar environment.
  • Proven expertise in managing both inbound and outbound lead generation programs.
  • Deep experience with CRM, lead generation, and marketing automation platforms, specifically managing the lead database and data quality.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, outreach, and relationship development tactics.
  • Analytical skills to interpret market data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for business outreach and relationship building.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to comprehend the various positioning, brand promises and voices of multiple agencies and seamlessly alternate between them as required.
