About the role

  • HRBP Analyst supporting corporate and international units in organizational development and performance. Collaborating with leadership to enhance people management strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to corporate and international areas, supporting leaders in team management, development and performance;
  • Perform regular follow-ups with leaders, mediating key topics related to People subsystems and proposing solutions aligned with business strategy;
  • Conduct climate surveys, engagement analyses and associated action plans;
  • Support performance evaluation processes (9-Box) and the development of Individual Development Plans (PDI);
  • Lead and monitor succession and leadership development programs;
  • Serve as a reference for employer branding, contributing to Talent Acquisition strategies, especially for international units;
  • Support teams with organizational structuring and the monitoring of People metrics, providing analyses and insights for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related areas;
  • MBA or specialization in People Management, Business or related fields is a plus;
  • Proven experience as a Business Partner, with strategic engagement with leaders and business areas;
  • Solid experience in Organizational Development, Performance and Culture;
  • Advanced English and Spanish (mandatory);
  • Strong people- and data-oriented mindset, with analytical ability, a systems view and a results focus;
  • Knowledge of people management tools and methodologies such as 9-Box, PDI, succession plans and development programs.
