About the role

  • Inside Sales Coordinator managing RFQs and tenders for Nippon Express, a global logistics provider. Collaborating with sales teams to enhance operational efficiency and success rates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration and coordination of RFQs and tenders for both local and overseas customers
  • Liaise with air and ocean product heads to obtain pricing, service information and operational input
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive tender submissions
  • Support the sales team by ensuring RFQ responses are completed within deadlines
  • Maintain and organise tender documentation and RFQ records
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve RFQ success rates and sales processes
  • Work collaboratively with sales and operational teams to ensure proposals align with customer requirements and company capabilities

Requirements

  • Experience within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain environments
  • Exposure to RFQs, tenders, or pricing coordination within logistics or transport
  • Strong organisation and project coordination skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across departments
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and administrative skills
