Responsibilities
Manage the administration and coordination of RFQs and tenders for both local and overseas customers
Liaise with air and ocean product heads to obtain pricing, service information and operational input
Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive tender submissions
Support the sales team by ensuring RFQ responses are completed within deadlines
Maintain and organise tender documentation and RFQ records
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve RFQ success rates and sales processes
Work collaboratively with sales and operational teams to ensure proposals align with customer requirements and company capabilities
Requirements
Experience within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain environments
Exposure to RFQs, tenders, or pricing coordination within logistics or transport
Strong organisation and project coordination skills
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across departments
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication and administrative skills
