About the role

  • Fulfillment Sales Manager driving client acquisition for logistics services across Southeast Asia. Responsible for optimizing sales funnel and ensuring smooth customer onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients
  • Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and outreach campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Manage contract negotiations until they are fully agreed and signed by both parties.
  • Oversee and optimize the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, KAM, and product teams) to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
  • Pre-qualify leads from internal sales channels to enhance sales presentations.
  • Convert leads within the defined TAT to maximize the chances of closing.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of prior sales experience in solutions selling
  • Relevant experience and exposure in the following industries (FMCG, Fulfillment, Marketplace)
  • Strong data management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Effective communication skills
  • Detail oriented and highly dependable
  • Proactive and works with a sense of urgency
