About the role

  • Marketing Coordinator supporting APAC marketing initiatives through digital campaign execution and webinar management. Collaborating with multiple teams to ensure successful campaigns and event deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Build, execute, and optimise email and digital campaigns in Salesforce and Pardot to support APAC marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with the Marketing Operations team to build target lists, manage segmentation, and ensure data accuracy
  • Execute digital components for integrated campaigns supporting events, trade shows, webinars, and channel partner initiatives
  • Assist with campaign reporting, performance tracking, and lead flow into Salesforce
  • Own the end-to-end webinar process, from planning and setup through execution and post-event follow-up
  • Manage webinar platforms such as Zoom Webinars and Zoom Events, including registrations, reminders, live execution, and on-demand assets
  • Coordinate with internal teams, speakers, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery
  • Act as a liaison between Marketing, Events, Channel Marketing, SDRs, Sales, and Marketing Operations
  • Maintain accurate tracking of campaigns, leads, and performance metrics
  • Assist with expense tracking, budget support, and quarterly reporting.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or demand generation roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot (or similar marketing automation tools)
  • Experience building and executing email and digital campaigns
  • Proven experience managing or supporting webinars, ideally using Zoom Webinars or Zoom Events
  • Comfortable working as a marketing coordinator across multiple functions, including events and channel marketing
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
