About the role

  • Account Executive for High Net Worth Personal Lines at NFP. Servicing clients and negotiating with carriers with a focus on relationship management and client retention.

Responsibilities

  • Service an existing private client book of business.
  • Interact with clients on a day-to-day basis while developing and maintaining relationships with both client and carrier representatives.
  • Prepare applications, specifications and marketing strategy for new business as well as renewals of assigned clients.
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, coverage limits and pricing with carriers and wholesalers.
  • Work with the Claims Department on relevant claims for assigned clients.
  • Maintain accurate information to avoid any E&O claims.
  • Supervise or direct the daily job activities of the Coordinators and Account Managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients through regular contact and client visits.

Requirements

  • Typically more than 5 years of industry and HNW Personal Lines experience.
  • Experience in working with HNW carriers including but not limited to Chubb, PURE, Private Client Select, Berkley One, Cincinnati and Vault.
  • P&C experience must include a recent tenure with a retail brokerage or independent insurance agency.
  • BA/BS preferred
  • Experience with EPIC preferred
  • P&C Insurance License required
  • CPRIA, PRMA or other P&C designation preferred.
