About the role

  • Medicare Sales Representative at NFP managing and selling health products to clients. Collaborating with clients to address Medicare plans and services while following up on leads and inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Selling Medicare Supplement/MAPD/Rx/Dental/Vision/Cancer plans
  • Following up on weekly basis for Medicare policies
  • Using department knowledge to assist clients and brokers
  • Learning and conducting client video calls
  • Maintaining records and timely responses to inquiries

Requirements

  • Selling Medicare Supplement/MAPD/Rx/Dental/Vision/Cancer plans to clients
  • Following up on clients that need Medicare policies
  • Help brokers/clients with questions regarding Medicare
  • Conduct video calls with clients and seminars
  • Utilize carrier portals for e-applications, quoting, plan details, etc.
  • Maintain a positive, friendly, helpful and cooperative attitude
  • Maintain all required testing and licenses.
