About the role

  • Sales Manager focusing on B2B training and consulting for nextive. Engage potential clients through various outreach strategies and manage the sales funnel.

Responsibilities

  • You proactively identify potential clients — e.g., HR, People & Culture, Change Management, or Learning & Development — and prioritize them by relevance
  • You independently execute systematic outreach campaigns: by phone, email, social media, at events, or through creative approaches
  • You proactively plan and manage your sales funnel — from initial contact and follow-ups through to successful closing
  • You contribute your B2B outreach experience and help us strategically evolve nextive's sales approach
  • You regularly collaborate with company leadership, bringing best practices, new approaches, and creative ideas for visibility and client acquisition

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in professional development, training, consulting, or HR
  • You are confident approaching people but also patient in building relationships
  • You work independently, reliably, and with a strong focus on quality
  • You have a good sense for organizations undergoing change and can tailor offerings accordingly
  • You speak fluent German and very good English, as we also work with international contacts
