You contribute your B2B outreach experience and help us strategically evolve nextive's sales approach
You regularly collaborate with company leadership, bringing best practices, new approaches, and creative ideas for visibility and client acquisition
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales, ideally in professional development, training, consulting, or HR
You are confident approaching people but also patient in building relationships
You work independently, reliably, and with a strong focus on quality
You have a good sense for organizations undergoing change and can tailor offerings accordingly
You speak fluent German and very good English, as we also work with international contacts
