- Due Diligence Management: Lead and coordinate comprehensive due diligence processes.
- Market Research: Analyze natural gas market trends, pricing dynamics, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
- Deal Execution: Support transaction processes from initial screening through closing.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and collaborate with internal teams across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CFA preferred but not required
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance
- Advanced skills in building complex financial models, scenario analysis, and valuation methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases; experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar platforms preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly to various audiences.
