Responsibilities
Provides support for Linux/Unix, Windows, and other embedded operating systems and applications
Responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving IT hardware and software infrastructure issues
Provides system administration for assigned on-prem and/or cloud infrastructure
Applies security patches and operating system or application upgrades
Supports new infrastructure projects
Requirements
Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of related systems administration experience
Technical and industry experience in Linux or Windows environments
Minimum of 1 year experience providing Tier 1 or Tier 2 helpdesk/desktop support
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Experience in using, maintaining, and troubleshooting automation tools such as PowerShell/shell scripts, Puppet, Ansible, and/or Cron jobs
