Responsibilities
Review credit worthiness of current and potential customers
Review orders to determine potential risk for fulfillment
Engage with customers through phone calls and emails
Process credit applications and daily order review queues
Manage rejected/returned emailed statements and update customer contact information
Solve problems quickly to collect cash from revenue regularly
Requirements
2+ years of high-volume collections and/or credit experience
Amazing Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong attention to detail
Experience with SAP or other ERP software (preferred but not mandatory)
Must have a quality, high-speed internet connection at home
