About the role

  • Credit Specialist at Parts Town assessing credit worthiness and processing customer orders. Engaging with customers and collaborating with the Collections and Customer Service teams on risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Review credit worthiness of current and potential customers
  • Review orders to determine potential risk for fulfillment
  • Engage with customers through phone calls and emails
  • Process credit applications and daily order review queues
  • Manage rejected/returned emailed statements and update customer contact information
  • Solve problems quickly to collect cash from revenue regularly

Requirements

  • 2+ years of high-volume collections and/or credit experience
  • Amazing Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP software (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Must have a quality, high-speed internet connection at home
