About the role
- GTM Expert for a B2B SaaS startup focusing on automation and scaling go-to-market processes. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to implement effective strategies and tools.
Responsibilities
- Aufbau und Skalierung unserer Go-to-Market-Machine
- Automatisierung & Optimierung von Vertriebs- und Marketingprozessen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Marketing und Produkt
- Konzeption und Implementierung der GTM-Strategie für SaaS
- Aufbau von Automatisierungs-Pipelines (Lead-Generierung → Qualifizierung → Nurture → Conversion)
- Implementierung, Betreuung und Optimierung von Marketing & Sales-Technologien (z. B. CRM, Sales Engagement Tools)
- Tracking, Attribution und KPI-Dashboard-Setup zur Performance-Messung
- Identifikation, Priorisierung und Umsetzung von Wachstumshebeln
- Zusammenarbeit mit Sales zur Verbesserung von Lead-Follow-Up, Scoring und Abschlussraten
- Cross-funktionale Projekte mit Produkt & Customer Success für bessere Activation & Retention
Requirements
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau von GTM-Prozessen in SaaS-Umfeldern
- Tiefes Verständnis von Marketing-Automatisierung & Performance-Kanälen
- Erfahrung mit relevanten Tools/Stacks (z. B. HubSpot, Zapier..)
- Analytisches Denken & datengetriebener Ansatz
- Starkes Prozess- und Projektmanagement
- Teamplayer mit Hands-On-Mentalität
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
