Responsibilities
Lead go-to-market strategies for new creator products and capabilities, from early concept through launch
Shape product positioning, messaging, and narratives that resonate with creators and reflect real need
Partner closely with R&D teams to influence product strategy and ensure strong market fit
Collaborate with global marketing teams to plan and execute launches that educate and inspire creators
Define success metrics and track adoption, using insights to continuously improve performance
Identify new opportunities through market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and creator feedback
Work cross-functionally with research, insights, and product teams to inform roadmap decisions and marketing strategy
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product marketing or marketing within a tech environment
Experience in developing product positioning and leading go-to-market strategies
Strong understanding of the podcast, video, or platform ecosystem
Ability to balance user needs with business outcomes
Effective collaboration with product, engineering, and data partners
Clear communication to influence stakeholders across different levels and functions
Organized and adaptable while managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving, global environment
